Author Guidelines

General Author Guidelines

  1. The manuscript should be written in English and have never been published or is not in the process of submission for publication to other media and does not contain elements of plagiarism.
  2. The manuscript may take the form of research, case studies, or literary studies.
  3. The author should register as an Author.
  4. The manuscript will be published after being reviewed by peer reviewers.
  5. The length of the manuscript is around 3000 to 7000 words.
  6. The manuscript should be prepared according to the following author guidelines and Template. The writing template can be downloaded here.
Structure of the Manuscript
  1. Title. The title should be clear, and informative, and does not exceed 20 words.
  2. Author’s name and institution. The author's name should be accompanied by email addresses, and institution. No academic titles and job title are required.
  3. Abstract. Abstract is written in a single paragraph of about 250 words maximum, covering background, purpose of the study, problem(s), methods,and results.
  4. Keywords. List three to five keywords specific to the article.
  5. Introduction. The introduction should briefly place the study in a broad context and highlight why it is important. It should define the purpose of the work and its significance. The current state of the research field should be reviewed carefully, and key publications cited. 
  6. Methods. Research design, participants, sampling procedures, data characteristics, and others (if necessary) are parts of this point.
  7. Results. This includes the results of the research. Summarize the collected data and the analysis performed on those data relevant to the discourse that is to follow. Report the data in sufficient detail to justify the conclusions. Mention relevant results, including those that run counter to expectation; be sure to include small effect sizes (or statistically non-significant findings) when theory predicts large (or statistically significant) ones. This part also includes the evaluation and interpretation of the implications of the findings, especially with respect to the hypotheses. Whenever sub-points are needed, they must be arranged the way those in method section above are organized.
  8. Conclusions. The conclusion should answer the objectives of the research and research discoveries. The concluding remark should not contain only the repetition of the results and discussions or abstract. You should also suggest future research and point out those that are underway.
  9. Acknowledgments. In this section, you can acknowledge any support given, which is not covered by the author's contribution or funding sections. This may include administrative and technical support, or donations in kind (e.g., materials used for experiments).
  10. References. The literature listed in the References contains only the sources referenced or included in the article. We recommend preparing the references with a bibliography software package Mendeley. Referral sources should provide 80% of journal articles, proceedings, or research results from the last five years. Writing techniques bibliography, using the system cites APA (American Psychological Association) Style and the 6th edition.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
